Water heater, gas, 40 gal, in great working condition, we think purchased 2016. It's available because we just installed a modern high-efficiency heat pump system, including for hot water as well as heating/cooling, taking advantage of SMUD rebates. An installer suggeted we could get around $800 for it, as it has many good features for a gas unit - our main goal is to see it used, and to keep the selling simple with a local pick-up. Asking $600.
