The 4” DMW couplings I received arrived quickly and were perfect. The only problem was that they weren’t ones that were advertised and wouldn’t have given me the support I needed horizontally. That being said the seller was great to deal with and situation was taken care of promptly and unexpectedly-because I was told to keep the fittings and the refund! I was expecting to return the item, but the seller felt differently. It’s that kind of interaction keeps eBay working.

Item that was delivered did not match the description in the sellers eBay ad and would not fit my furnace.
