Tracking numbers are provided to every order as soon as an order ships. Processing and shipping estimates are provided within each and every listing and our orders are printed in the order received by our professional printing partners and delays may occur in fulfillment during holiday periods.
What if my package goes missing or is damaged?
-If an order states it was delivered to the address provided on the order, you will need to speak to your carrier about the location of the package. I do not replace packages or refund where tracking states a package has been successfully delivered.
-In the case of a damaged item, please message us with the order number and pictures of the damaged item with your preference of a new package being sent or refund issued and we will get it rectified asap. we never ask for a damaged item to be returned
.: What if I provided the wrong address?
It’s your responsibility to ensure the address on the order is the address you want your package sent to. It’s our policy as sellers that we must ship to the address provided on the order. Please be aware that if a product has already gone into production with our printers, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
.: A NOTE ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS AND MULTIPLE PACKAGES
if you purchase more than one item from our shop, you will receive more than one package. You may receive only one tracking number for your multiple item purchase – this is because when an item ships, Etsy automatically assigns that tracking number to every item in the order (provided the items were all purchased from the same shop.)
We offer returns on products only if there is a gross error in the listing. We do not offer returns just because the color wasn’t exactly as expected – we put a lot of work into trying to display exactly what a product will look like through digital means. Colors will be slightly different from monitor to monitor in the same cases due to different monitor color, contrast, and brightness settings.
