I made offer and it expired without hearing acceptance or rejection. Seller ignored offer. I then ordered at asking price. Item arrived with no notification that it had ever shipped. Approximately 12 hours after receiving item I got notification that item shipped and included tracking information and notice of delivery. No help to me at that point.

  2. Seller's communication regarding delivery was excellent, which clearly indicated they were very conscientious about customer service. The shipper's error cannot be held against them, nor that the product is now out of stock. A refund was issued promptly. This is a popular product this time of year and I didn't reorder only because the temperature keeps dropping and the deer are hungry. LOL. However, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Recommend Seller!

  3. I received notice that the package had arrived. I looked to see if it had, but didn't find it. I tried to check the delivery photo, but the system showed "invalid code" when I entered my zip code. Not sure what happened to it, so I contacted the seller with what information I had including the 'ship to' address and zip code to see if it had been shipped to my address, so still don't know happened to it. The seller promptly refunded the purchase.
