  1. Item arrived in a ziploc . Item was not as depicted in pictures: pictures shows brand new item but got a used one with discoloration in wristband. Seller offered me a discount of $100 dollars which I didn't accept. I proceed to open a disclaim for a total refund which was executed in a time manner. Seller apologized by using wrong pictures in advertisement . I requested Ebay to step in. Total amount was refunded.

Seller and I came to an agreement that would satisfy me and I am ultimately happy with this purchase and feel I got a good value for the money I ended up paying after the adjustment.
