Shipping was a bit of a nightmare for this transaction. Seller says the item shipped on 11/9 and carrier says they didn't receive the item until 11/15. Either way, it took 11 days to get here and the tracking number didn't provide any insight into where it was until 3 days prior to it arriving. Ultimately, the seller was very responsive with communication throughout the ordeal and because of their great customer service, I am a happy customer overall.
Arrived quicker than expected, pretty good considering it was in the middle of the Holiday season. Bed looks great. If it helps anyone else, the bed takes a 6" tri-fold mattress. Note: comes unassembled. Will take a bit of time to put together.
Very easy to assemble if you take your time. Very fast shipping and well packed, thank God the way FedEX handles packages. Nothing was broken and even got extras parts and this one included the light bulb. Very pleased with this purchase.
