The picture of the item I was buying look like it was brand new and I was told it looked new in the box then a week later I was told sorry I shipped your part to someone else so I resent your package again I don't know how you can send something I bought to someone else doesn't all that print out when you pay for it and the one I received you could see rust on the nuts etc Yes this is used but looks nothing like the one that was presented to me in the photo
