I'm uncertain if this is the standalone Barbie Heart ornament, or a remanent from the Barbie Elegant Holiday ornament, because I believe both hearts are the same size and manufactured in 1998. What's important is it was reasonably packaged (recommending not wrapping an ornament in a paper towel) and promptly shipped. This special ornament will send the message intended, and it was a great value so well preserved through the years.
