VOLKSTEDT DRESDEN GERMAN PORCELAIN FIGURINE COUPLE READING ON SETTEE-LACE This listing is for an elegant piece of antique Volkstedt Dresden porcelain made in Germany. The porcelain figurine is of a couple sitting on a settee while the man is reading to the woman. They are elaborately dressed with lace embellishments on their clothes. Their faces are lovely and expressive. The very detailed figurine measures 5 ¼” tall, 6 ½” wide and 4 ½” deep. There is minor lace damage, but unfortunately, I broke off the tips of 2 fingers to the gentleman. It is not noticeable unless you look at his hand up close.
