I offered to return the ornament that was sent in error but they told me to keep it. I received the correct ornament very quickly and it was packaged very well. I waited patiently for this beauty to be added to my collection and I'm grateful I found such a caring and well communicated seller. I'm honestly surprised by how well and carefully my item was packaged, coming from someone with prior shipping antiques expensive. Shipping was delayed a bit but it arrived well. Item is just as described. I truly do value this sale because this will be part of my family now and I love to work with this seller again.
