Receive this bracelet and the hinge was loose. I notified the seller right away. She seemed very irritated and truly did not believe me. I’ve been on eBay for over 25 years and she was calling me a liar. She then said she’d send me $20 a refund and I could take it to a jeweler. I’m going through my cancer treatments for the second time and I don’t feel like finding a jeweler and having them fix it. I had to have eBay step in and they refunded me after I sent it back to her. It arrived well packaged, except that the piece came with a stain that I couldn't remove even with jewelry cleaner, I didn't like that they didn't warn about it in the description. I have to take it to a jewelry store to see if they can fix it. I told the seller but he just didn't give me an answer. He just said; I don't know Spanish to what I answered: Google it, like me, if you want to serve a client you use translators.
