The seller communicated with me when for some unknown reason the package went back east before coming back west again(not sellers fault). Im convinced if the seller hadn’t packed so well the item would have broke on its 6000 mile journey. Shipping price was very fair. Awesome seller. Phenomenal packing with orange bubble wrap and crinkled paper got every single item in this set delivered safely; the person who prepared this box for shipment should be hired by e-bay to teach other sellers how to pack fragile items for shipment! Accurate description; next-day shipping; for the quality of the preparation for the shipping, the costs were right on target. Reply received to e-mail. One of the best e-bayers around!
I contacted seller asking for the word "Fragile" to be prominently written on the outside of the package, since my delivery-person has a bad habit of throwing my packages over my gate. Seller went the extra step and added extra packaging at their own expense. Plates arrived on prefect condition. Absolutely AMAZING seller!
