Packed sloppy, item arrived in 2 pieces, broken at the base, not sure if shopped that way or occurred during shipment, eady fix, disappointed that i had to fix it, contacted about refund/return, seemingly a bother to seller. Out of all the items purchases, and its been a lot recently, several glass items and from several different sellers, this is the only thing I've recieved damaged.
