Vintage German Handcrafted Wood Village - Buildings, Animals 58 and extras. This vintage German handcrafted wood village playset features intricately designed buildings, animals, and people, marked 'Made in the German Democratic Republic'. The high-quality wood material adds a unique touch to this playset, creating a charming and detailed pretend village. These are in fair to good condition. There is paint loss. Please see pictures. They range from 3" to a half inch tall. There are a total of 58 pieces, or 59 (challenging to count). There are a group of 4 soldiers and 4 animals on the front left that look different. I think a couple are probably earlier German Putz animals. They are not part of the group, but are included. Dog has a broken leg. Not included in count of 58.
