The seller was wonderful to communicate with and shipped my order quickly. The item itself was beautiful and exactly as described. The downside was the packaging — the recyclable foam left a powdery residue and made quite a mess, and the thin box with loose tape didn’t hold up well. Sadly, the marble top arrived cracked, as it was only wrapped in cardboard. The seller was very kind in resolving the issue, which I truly appreciate.
Unit as described and shown. Packing could have been better . . . heavy device was shipped in a box only partially filled with loose foam packing material. Maybe if the unit had been wrapped with stronger material it would not have broken open and allowed the foam cubes in. Spent about a half hour picking them out of the device and those that spilled from the box.
