Vintage Cloisonne Heart Enamel Pendant Necklace "New" Hand Painted. Vintage hand painted, Cloisonne Heart Pendant Necklace. The white enameled open work Heart pendant has two smaller green enamel hearts inside. The necklace chain is approx. 15" long with a circle C closure. The pendant measures about one inch each way.. The 70-80's vintage piece is still on its original store card, and was only taken off for picture taking purposes.. Condition is new, I do not see any problem with this lovely piece.
