The item came in perfect packaging and was shipped out timely. The keyboard accessory didn't come in despite it being labeled as Open Box condition, although it wasn't pictured in the photos, so that is an error on my end for not asking. The radio also doesn't work, which is a bummer, but it's in amazing condition for decor.
