Damaged! The box from FedEx arrived damaged. The box has damage in three areas. The item has damage around the plastic base in the back of the unit, a crack in the center of the base, and a broken tilt lever housing. The broken pieces of plastic were in the box. I took photos. FedEx is brutal. Action/compensation is required.

I was a little worried purchasing an electronic device without getting to test it myself, but the description said that it was tested and so I took a chance. The blender was packed well leaving no room for damage during shipping. It came very quickly. So far everything seems to be working as described a great find for the price!

Super quick shipping. Item was as described. Great communication! A couple of the spice containers were damaged in shipment, but the seller quickly and fairly came to a good resolution including a partial refund for the market value of the broken items. Would definitely buy from this seller again!
