When I recieved the package It was aparent that there was a slit on packaged bag that an item might be missing. I counted by feeling the package 11 items. Once I opened the bag I counted 11 items not 12. Perhaps packaging items differently would be a better option for the items could have caused the rip of bag and the travel handling and missing an item. Items recieved were in good condition otherwise. Not a complaint just an observation. Couldn't upload video,file wouldn't appear as option.
I received the book right away. It was shipped in a plastic bag. The book was in great condition and was just as described. Very good value for my money. Very nice sale!
