Items arrived in a timely manner and were packed carefully. They arrived in perfect condition and were immediately placed on the holiday table with red candles! They were exactly as described . Shipping was one day after scheduled but the packaging was more than adequate. Fragile products were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then all 4 glasses were buffered with paper protection. Product was exactly as describe and it was a great price. Very pleased with this purchase.
