Up for sale is a vintage antique patchwork quilt large table topper. Square. The quilt patchwork design is four patch. The squares measure 1 3/4” by 1 3/4”. The fabrics are early antique calico prints, checks, stripes, florals, shirting fabrics, dots. Wonderful - Great early calico fabrics. The colors are navy blue, medium blue, white, red, burgundy,, black, grey, multi. The back is navy blue mini dot calico print fabric. The border is navy blue mini dot calico print fabric, hand sewn, hand bound. Made from antique quilt blocks. Vivid colors. Medium thickness. Quilt blocks from the late 1880’s to early 1900’s. The back fabric is not vintage. Tacked at center. Medium thickness. Measures 13” by 13”. Hand made. Made in USA. Very, very good condition. A few age spots, very minor. Great early calico prints.
