While the seller was packing up my item, she noticed some small nicks in the base. She offered to refund the egos price, but nicks or not, I had to have the piece. I was happy to pay the full price, but she insisted that I only pay the shipping. Now that's customer service. The shipping was fast and the packaging kept my piece safe on its journey. Exactly as described and definitely one of a kind. Value is priceless. I will definitely visit her sir again and pick another piece of vintage glass.
Item was as described. It was quickly shipped and carefully packed. The shipping price was reasonable. It was an unfortunate mishandling by the USPS that caused a breakage. Swift communication with the seller and she immediately reimbursed me for the broken items. A great ebay seller that cares about her customers.
