The seller communicated with me when for some unknown reason the package went back east before coming back west again(not sellers fault). I contacted seller asking for the word "Fragile" to be prominently written on the outside of the package, since my delivery-person has a bad habit of throwing my packages over my gate. Seller went the extra step and added extra packaging at their own expense. Plates arrived on prefect condition. Absolutely AMAZING seller!
