Item # 53246 This fantastically carved Victorian period three piece bedroom set includes a king size bed plus a dresser with mirror and a commode or washstand with marble tops. American antique 1880s furniture Beautiful carved solid walnut & figured walnut Old crazed varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish Minor mars for antique character Original ornate brass hardware has tarnishing - see photos Drawers have pin & cove joints, no keys Beveled mirror has a bit of "smoke" for antique character Removable "Tennessee Red" marble tops have been polished & sealed for protection Bed is expertly adapted to fit a modern king size demonstrator mattress as shown and includes wooden cross supports as shown Bed setup is not included Headboard & dresser crests are removable Overall bed size is 88.5" long and 87" wide. Headboard is 85" tall and the footboard is 35" tall. Slats sit 6.5" from ground and the demonstrator mattress is 16" thick. Interior dimensions of the bed frame are 80” long and 78” wide. Without crest, headboard is 69.5" tall, so measurements should be considered for delivery. Dresser with removable mirror size is 48.5" wide, 23.5" deep and 90.5" tall.
