Total length top of skirt to bottom hem is 31”. Waist is 14”. No spot, but the fabric slightly faded. Dry clean. Very good condition with 2 flaws. The hook is missing at the top of the zipper but the zipper closes perfectly and goes all the way to the top. Not really necessary to hook it but the eye is still there if you would like to sew a hook on. In picture 8 I have circled an area where the blue is somewhat faded from a spot clean. No spot, but the fabric slightly faded. Picture 7 is the same picture (spot not circled) as the circled one so you can see it without identifying the faded spot.
