How can I put this? Nice product, got great customer service, except for one thing. Horrible pack job. As in...NO PACK JOB. Cellophane wrapped around six items and stuck in a plastic sleeve is not a packing an item that can break. Luckily, somehow, no damage. But seriously. Are you guys rookies? Who is doing your packing your for you? They should be fired. Good luck.
