Universal Electrode Adjusting Tools that Easily and Accurately sets the electrodes to the proper angle relative to the degree rating of the Nozzle. Instructions included. Can be used on virtually any oil burner including Beckett, Carlin, Aero & Wayne. NOT FOR Riello The adjusting bars help support the electrode on one side of the bend while enabling you to adjust to the right angle. Works on 1/8" and 3/16" diameter rod. (most popular among all brand burners. These tools will get it RIGHT! Here is how simple it is; Remove the draw / Ignitor / Electrode Assembly from the burner. Loosen the electrode Clamp. Place the Gauge over the end of the nozzle with the corresponding spray degree rating of the nozzle (45, 60, 70, 80, or 90*) in the upright position up against the nozzle face. See photo above. Adjust electrodes so they are seated as above. It may be necessary to slightly bend the electrodes.
