This item arrived in pieces, it was destroyed in transit. Seller IMMEDIATELY issued a refund, no questions, no arguments, took care of everything and I got my refund right away. HOWEVER - Seller needs to pay more attention to what they are selling and what they actually shipped! ***** I ordered a sugar shaker (for baking); the Seller's picture shows a sugar shaker. What I got? Was a tea strainer. NOT the same thing, and certainly cannot be substituted for a sugar shaker.
Tracking was weird on this order and I almost canceled after it not showing as shipped for more than a week. But the estimated delivery date was still a week away so I told myself to just wait it out. Later that day the package was sitting outside my door. A few hours after that I got the notice that it had just been shipped. 🤷♂️ The zipper pulls are as advertised and do what thay should, so no complaints with the product.
