Obscure shipping carrier stated "out for delivery" of my purchase for three days with no delivery. This seller IMMEDIATELY approved and issued a refund for the obviously lost shipment. Thanks for your prompt attention to my correspondence. Think about getting another shipping carrier like USPS / DHL as represented in your listing. The bumbling alternative carrier you are using will only damage your eBay reputation and frustrate customers..
I actually received an incorrect item however I contacted the seller and they were quick to address the issue and send me a replacement and they were courteous enough to allow me to keep the incorrect item that had been shipped to me by mistake as well very good experience with the seller and they were very quick to reply to any issues that I had I would definitely purchase again from them
