Unfortunately we are not a Japanese resident, so if an item was not in stock while at TDL, there was no way for us to buy the item. The hat was brand new and official, arrived in time, paid for express shipping too. I ordered during the holiday season and really appreciate the seller was so fast with shipping the item. The one problem I ran into was that they didn't read my messages. I accidentally put the wrong house number in my address and contacted them immediately but they never responded. It turned out fine because I sent it to my neighbor but my advice would be to check the messages more often.
Item is brand new in excellent condition. It was a good price. The shipping was quite delayed. I sent the seller a message about two weeks after I paid asking when it would be mailed, but I did not recieve a response - but I did get notification that it was shipped a few days later.
