Seller was polite. Package was delivered with box ripped.lpen.amd parts everywhere in my carport. Fortunately all parts were included and in usable condition. The parts weren't totally usable out of the box though I had to drill 3 holes to make it work.
Item came exactly as described with no damage.. Wheels are gray instead of white, which was a pleasant surprise for me as my theme is gray for my trailer. Shipment came over two different days for delivery. Would use again. Definitely worth the price.
