If the item has assembly instructions, please contact us with the specific part names and identifiers, exactly as they appear in the instruction. We can normally open a parts request with our warehouse to try and get the missing or defective part replaced for you. If a replacement part is not available, we can process a return of the item for a full refund or replacement. How do I return an item? I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do? If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or processing a free return for full refund to your account.
