Another perfect transaction with a wonderful seller who has terrific perfect used furniture for purchase. The seller has always been easy to work with regarding the prices she offers with great discounts. Shipping has always been very reasonable and packaging is exceptional with the expert wrapping with thick moving blankets and plastic wrap. Upon arrival and inspection the furniture is found to be perfect as described. The two delivery experts are nice, courteous and careful while unloading.
The shippers that were used by the seller are A+. They shipped quickly and had the furniture neatly wrapped. I was very impressed by their professionalism and communication. The seller however, I am quite a bit disappointed with. I was informed that the bed I purchased had “minor scratches that most people won’t notice”. Problem is that I notice it every time I look at the bed. It also wasn’t disclosed that the bed had been touched up by a furniture marker (poorly I might add). Displeased.
Im so very grateful for not only being able to find this dresser to help complete my mother's set that recently passed away but also the communication and the BEAUTIFUL piece!! OUTSTANDING service from the beginning all the way to the end! Wonderful seller and very nice couple that delivered it!! I have my eye on another piece and will be purchasing again!
