Item as described - seller shipped the item quickly but the post office was behind on delivery. seller went to the PO to track it down - they stated in communication and notified me once the tracking finally picked up. They graciously refunded the shipping costs due to the inconvenience. The item arrived quickly once the tracking started and it was packed well. Would buy from this seller again.
