Two outside pockets. Left side of chest is marked NY SUPER BOWL NJ and right sleeve is marked VISA (maybe sponsor). Polyester/spandex material is water resistant. Excellent Condition - the 48th Super Bowl was Feb 2014, between Seahawks and Broncos held at Met Life Stadium. I think the size marked is misleading so be sure to see actual measurements.
