I was really satisfied with the quality of the wagon. There was an issue with the condition of the box it arrived in. After unpacking the item, there was a part missing, due to a couple of holes in the box. I was able to contact the seller, and they are sending out a replacement part ASAP. Luckily, that was the only issue. Communication with the seller has been exceptional and prompt. I highly recommend this seller. In addition, to fast shipping. I've been putting off this purchase and buying the reusable trays but w the quality of this item I was surely missing out! It's in great condition w seem less plastic that won't hoard bacteria areas in between cleanings. The value was incredible, I opted out of ordering from Walmart+ because I seen this listing.
