We received heating pad, but it shows as delivered. Seller shipped quick and well packaged. This is an amazing device. Since I have been using it on my rlbpe, it has stopped hurting. My husband also somehow used it on his right knee ( no cartilage in both) and could walk again either little pain. Dr. did not diagnose properly because it continued to hurt and lost motion. Highly recommend this heating pad and seller who has follow through. Very adaptable.
The seller was quite responsive with every message that i sent. I asked for a discount but didnt get, however item was delivered swiftly as she said and the item was exactly as advertised. I would say with cost of item and the fact that it was priority shipping i would say it was worth the value and I would do business with the seller again if opportunity calls again.
