The item was advertised New in Open Box so I wasn’t surprised that the packaging was in pretty terrible condition, however, the fact that the block on this knife set had several damaged spots did surprise me. New in Open Box means New condition to me, not slightly damaged. In addition, the shipping took 13 days before my item arrived. Overall, not the best experience but certainly not my worst either.
Item exactly as described. Seller states they take up to 3 days to ship and they did, plus the added weekend, which is ok I guess. If I buy from them again I won’t expect they might ship earlier.
Item purchased was new in unopened box and obviously exactly as described. Shipped promptly at a very reasonable price. Great experience with this seller!
