My order was filled and shipped promptly. I had an issue with a couple of the plug ends connecting and when I contacted the seller he said these things happen and sent me a prepaid label to send the unit back. I am very happy with the professionalism of this seller.
There was a total mix up that we never received our item, strong possibility due to mail carrier however the seller kept in excellent contact and made sure we were taken care of with a full refund. I would shop again with this seller because they tried their best.
