A new suitcase with plenty of zip up sections inside. The tag however did not provide information on opening a TSA lock suitcase. I had to google to get that information. It was shipped by FedEx, which when it was at a location near Kansas City (about 230 miles from their location in Lowell, Arkansas) shipped it to Iowa and then to Minnosota more than 600 miles in the opposite direction.
