I can’t say. a thing about the item I purchased as it never arrived. I don’t believe this was due to anything the seller did. I tried to buy it from another seller with the exact same result. Tracking showed up all the way through to delivery, but no box. Neat trick! When I contacted them with questions they told me about “technical difficulties” (same as the other time) then immediately refunded me.
