Item arrived broken, but seller agreed to a partial refund which was what I wanted, as I really did want the jardiniere. And wanted to see if I could repair it. Seller was good to communicate with me in a timely fashion. I do hope that in the future the seller with take greater care in packaging, as we all know that shippers can handle items carelessly
