Fantastic seller! When the item I purchased arrived broken, I notified the seller and she immediately issued a full refund without hesitation. It was unfortunate that the item was broken, especially since she packed it so well. The Post Office must have handled the box roughly. The seller also offered to let me keep the broken item in case I could somehow glue it together again. I am so impressed with this seller's response that I will definitely purchase from her again sometime in the future.
