Item was damaged in shipping and instead of allowing the item to reach me, the seller took the time to reroute the item back to them and contact me to refund me. I so appreciated their level of professionalism and transparency about the issue and that they took the initiative to take care of the issue before it reached me. I would highly suggest this seller due to their honesty and their business practices. I’m so impressed and very thankful for them.
I never received this item. The seller sent me email, and said it was damaged in shipping. She said it would take about 5/6 weeks to get her supplies because of tariffs imposed by President Trump. They gave me a choice of waiting or cancelling the order. I cancelled the order.
