item arrived exactly as described, arrived quickly and was packaged as well as possible to prevent any damage to item as it was being shipped, it's very clear they take their time and care about ensuring that we get exactly what we asked and paid for. For anybody reading this review, I will let you know that they may package/wrap it a little *too* well, to the point where for the first few minutes as I opened it I had a hard time telling if it was actually the item i paid for lol.
