The first one we ordered came on a Friday and was broken, we emailed the seller and received an immediate response. We asked if they had more and they did and we were told it would go out on Monday. This is the 5th or 6th rug I've purchased from this seller. Quick turn around time after payment, and a minimum 1 day processing time. (They are a business and closed @ holidays, weekends) Rug always comes wrapped in thick plastic, and encases entire rug to protect from elements of travel, handling.
