Russ Berrie Cloth Doll Toffee Pigtails Bows No 667 Vintage with Original Tag

Description
This is a sweet vintage doll from Russ Berrie and Company Inc. She is named "TOFFEE" and she comes dress in a blue and white checkered dress with a white undergarmet that is trimmed in lace that peeks out of the arm holes and neckline. She has white socks and black shoes that are attached. Her hair is black yarn that is braided into four pigtails and I believe her head is styrofoam under the fabric. Toffee's original Russ tag reads "My name is Toffee and I want you to know that I'll be your friend wherever you go. You'll recognize me by my pigtails and bows. I'm as sweet as can be from my head to my toes." She measures approximately 9 inches tall and is about 8 inches from tip of her hand to the tip of her other hand and is number 667. If I had to guess, I would date her to the 1970's. Doll is in good vintage pre-owned condition. She appears to be missing one blue bow on her left side (see 2nd photo). There are three on the right and I am assuming they were symmetrical and there should be three on the left. She comes with her original Russ tag still attached. There is some writing on the back of the tag (see 7th photo). I did note a small spot on the back of her dress near the hem (see last photo).
