She is just beautiful! She came really well wrapped, but somewhere along the way someone decided to play football with her, so the outer packaging was fairly well crushed and ear broke off. I let the seller know, and they answered quickly and offered to replace her but, I fell in love with this one so glued the piece back on. She now looks just like new!
