Good price on item ... listed as free expedited shipping ... I reached out after 5 days, they responded on the 6th day saying it had shipped, carrier received item 4 days after that, then 3 days to get to me. 13 days is NOT expedited shipping (yes one day was a holiday but that shouldn't have been more than a one day add on) ... still I give a positive feedback because it was not a vital necessity.
