The way I read the description, I was expecting more than 1 package of 3 vacuum bags. Also, the link to contact the seller doesn't work, it will not allow any information on the line for comment. Seller shipped several days after order, we didn't receive the order until weeks after we ordered it. (Part of that was shipping via USPS, then the storms held things up some also).
there was a mishap in the shipment of my order. I asked for refund and the seller responded very graciously by giving refund, taking the cost of faulty shipment. I am impressed by seller's professional conduct and hope to place more orders in future.
